The NSW RTA doesn’t seem to get it.
They have a website; check.
Do they have an online, login facility, so that you can take care of your business with them? Yep; check!
Is the website is available 24 hours daily, 7 days a week? Yep.
Oh yes. except for the self-service facility. Which doesn’t work between 12:30am and 6 am daily.
Why?
Dunno, but I certainly cannot think of a good reason for this sort of silliness.
What’s the point of providing an online self service facility for your customers, if it’s not available for 25% of the time? The whole purpose of providing this facility, so that customers can use it at a time that suits their personal lifestyle and needs is totally defeated by this sort of silliness and needless restriction.
